Requirements: - 1+ years of past relevant experience - Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company - A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism - Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Strong customer service and office administrative skills - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Experience with Microsoft Word - Expertise in Microsoft Excel - Deep understanding of research - Microsoft Outlook experience preferred - Customer service experience - Proven knowledge of database management We are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction.
