Requirements: SECURITY ADMINISTRATION Ensure the agency equipment, software and agent, and agency staff devices meet MassMutual technology requirements at all times. ? Administer agency security access and email; coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications. ? Administer hardware and software updates accurately and efficiently. ? Back-up, restore and protect all data according to established schedule and procedures; store backup media in a secure location in accordance with company policy ? Administer agency telephone and voicemail systems ? ensuring accurate hours, music, and voicemail activations ? Ensure scheduled maintenance is performed to include monthly security patching of any agent/agency owned Windows servers. ? Perform security access duties by requesting access for agents and agency staff via field security - including changes, deletions, additions and timely termination of field security access rights. ? Complete and submit timely orderly field security audits. DESKTOP SUPPORT Proactively manages technology hardware and software within the agency to promote a high level of understanding, satisfaction and usage of technology. Ensure agents have secure, compliant access to field technology services and software. ? Troubleshoot desktop support and/or system problems as the primary contact for technology support for all agents, agency staff and registered brokers. ? Provide technical support for agents, agency staff, and administrative assistants on an as needed basis. ? Administer hardware and software updates accurately and efficiently. ? Inform agency when systems are down and provide estimated recovery time; maintain communication until resolved. ? Perform required maintenance on new and existing pc?s and file servers to ensure successful use of hardware, software and peripherals.
