OfficeTeam is in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative that is looking to expand their career and skill set. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Major responsibilities:

  • Receive and send written business correspondence for a large financial institution

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Assist customers with payments

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

  • General familiarity with filing

  • Demonstrated knowledge of faxing

  • Deep understanding of copying

  • Data entry experience highly desired

  • Background working with projects

  • Customer service experience

  • Earlier work involving scanning

  • Knowledge of composing various kinds of correspondence

  • Practical knowledge of mail processing

  • Good understanding of scheduling

  • Adeptness in email

  • Previous experience working with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

  • Microsoft Office experience highly preferred

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
