Receive and send written business correspondence for a large financial institution
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Assist customers with payments
Handle incoming telephone calls

Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
General familiarity with filing
Demonstrated knowledge of faxing
Deep understanding of copying
Data entry experience highly desired
Background working with projects
Customer service experience
Earlier work involving scanning
Knowledge of composing various kinds of correspondence
Practical knowledge of mail processing
Good understanding of scheduling
Adeptness in email
Previous experience working with switchboard phones from 1-10 lines
Microsoft Office experience highly preferred
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong customer service and office administrative skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
