Robert Half Finance & Accounting Vice President of Operations in Westchester County, New York

Our client, a regional medial firm, is looking for a respectful and respectable Vice President of Operations to lead their team in Westchester County, NY. Reporting directory to the CEO and COO, the Vice President of Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm's main office. The duties of the Vice President of Operations include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing office personnel and monitoring performance

  • Assisting management with implementation of policies and procedures

  • Maintaining excellent customer service and business relationships between clients and the organization

  • Working knowledge of policies and procedures relating to OSHA and infection control

  • Ensure that proper Safety, Policies Procedures, and Operating standards are all met and kept up-to-date and evolving such as necessary

  • Establishing and maintaining proper job-specific procedural standards; advising and managing staff to maintain and perform established standards Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and at least six (6) years of healthcare/dental office administration experience in order to be considered for this opportunity. Leadership/management experience required. Master's degree preferred.
