A local company is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to assist in the day to day operations of the organization. Duties for this opportunity include (but are not limited to) the following: Answering incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Assisting Customers quickly and professionally Dispatching Imputing orders into software Contract renewal Billing and set up Maintain and manage existing local filing system processes The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of prior office experience in their background. This opportunity requires intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel skills, will have good communication skills, and will be comfortable working in a fast paced, business professional environment. The ideal candidate will be professional, have an upbeat personality and take initiative to learn new tasks. This is a temporary that will pay up to $14.00 per hour depending on experience.
