A client of ours is currently seeking to fill an immediate need for a Tech Support Technician. The Tech Support Technician will oversee the daily operations for a specified location including software, hardware, tape backups, phone administration, provide level I II end-user support for software and hardware issues, oversee the daily operations of the local area network, install and upgrade Microsoft Windows operating systems, troubleshoot Desktop Virus and malware issue.
