Our Syracuse, NY client has a Director of HR hiring need. The Director of HR will be responsible for the HR function of the organization which includes HR staff management. Working closely with other leadership members, the Director of HR will help contribute to the continued growth of the organization. Duties include developing, recommending, and implementing policies and procedures, monthly action items and HR analytics, benefit, payroll, employee relations and recruitment oversight, employee issue management, acquisition analysis, training and development oversight, compensation initiatives, compliance and much more.
