Now is your opportunity to play an important part in framing their books! As Full Charge Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of all financial operations. My client's company culture is fresh and exciting. They offer full benefits and competitive compensation. Daily Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Oversees financial reporting including actual vs. budget and prior year results

  • Reconciling monthly statements and accounts

  • Managing and training accounts payable and accounts receivable clerks

  • Tracking fixed assets and reporting

  • Performing month –end closings

  • Other duties, as assigned
