A biopharmaceutical company in Santa Monica is looking for an HR Assistant to support the Talent Acquisition team. As the HR Assistant you will assist the team with heavy interview scheduling for multiple hiring managers. In addition you will manage the candidates thorough the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to greeting them in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent scheduling skills and strong attention to detail. This is a great HR Assistant opportunity if you want to grow your career in HR and learn from an innovative company and team. This is a temporary opportunity, but has the chance to go full-time for the right candidate. Hours at 8-5pm and pay is $20-24hr DOE. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
