We are seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant skilled at communicating with senior executives, funders, and various other high-profile people to support a high-level executive. The successful Executive Assistant will need to be resourceful, astute, tech-savvy and possess excellent people and writing skills. Duties will include: Serving as an ambassador for the CEO; manage communications in a timely and professional manner Maintain CEO's calendar by coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, events, etc., including booking all travel and logistics Prepare and organize agreements, reports, and other documents Meticulously maintain files and records
