Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong Payroll Manager to support our client in San Diego for a 6 month engagement. The Payroll Manager will report to the Director of HR and will support payroll and benefits administration for a growing retail footprint, covering multi-state and rapidly increasing store-count. In addition to hands-on payroll processing experience, the Payroll Manger should be comfortable downloading data from ADP to reconcile with the GL, supervising a small team, processing commission bonuses, creating reporting and accruals for paid time-off, and taking lead on any ad hoc projects that may arise. This is an immediate need!
