Assist staff with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software. Ensure desktop computers and printers interconnect seamlessly with network. Provide timely responses to client and management requests. Status updates on such requests need to be provided on a regular basis. Follow set policies and procedures when assisting clients to ensure proper handling of requests. Provide telephone support to the end-users on hardware, software, general use, questions, and network related problems. Provide Screen share support if necessary. Works with vendor contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software. Other duties as required.
