We currently have an open position for a results-oriented Escrow Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties in a fast-paced environment! How you will make an impact

  • Assisting Escrow department with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings

  • Opens orders, inputs closing statements from a worksheet prepared by Escrow Officer

  • Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions

  • Communicates requirements and other information to clients

Requirements: What we're looking for

  • Escrow experience is highly desired but not required

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access

  • Internet research skills

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
