Responsibilities may include (but not limited to): drafting, summarizing, and maintaining board of directors, board of managers and shareholder resolutions and minute books, preparing documentation for LLCs, preparing stock certificates, conducting UCC research and searches and assisting with M A matters, and preparing and filing annual reports.
