Interested candidates, please email resumes to Key Responsibilities: The Business Travel Compliance Analyst will report to the Global Business Travel Compliance Officer, and be responsible for: partnering with third party vendor for Global Business Travel, and Corporate Tax; ensure tax calculations and filings are processed accurately and timely. Major Functions: • Support the corporation's global payroll tax compliance, in adherence with federal, state, and local laws, ensuring the inclusion of best practices. • Review perform Global Business Travel tax calculations processed by third party vendor applying Foreign Exchange rates and various calculation methodologies • Analyze and process data supplied by the vendor to maintain data integrity that supports the global business travel process • Provide the highest quality tax compliance support to our senior customers by analyzing, researching, and resolving questions/inquiries that have been logged into the Case Management system • Ensure effective communication to Senior Executive Employees in responding to complex tax inquiries • Manage cases meeting both volume and quality service measurement standards • Perform in-depth research, identify resources for providing critical information, follow through to obtain needed information, and resolve cases efficiently and thoroughly • Update employee tax data in coordination with the Legal and Corporate Tax Departments • Attentiveness to detail and the ability to handle complex resolution accurately and timely • Resolve tax errors for on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls

Requirements: • 3+ years Multi-State Payroll Tax experience, Multi-State Payroll Tax background preferred, or equivalent • 3+ years Integrated Payroll System experience, Integrated Payroll System (SAP, PeopleSoft, ADP) is preferred, or equivalent • 3+ years' experience in at least one of the following: • Call Center/Customer Service Environment • Payroll Administration • Benefits Administration • Human Resources • Tax and/or Accounting/Finance
