We are currently working with a Mishawaka service provider that is ramping up for a fall project and is seeking several Call Center Customer Service Specialists to assist their team!   • Receive and place telephone calls.

  • Respond to inquiries via email.

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion.

  • Assist customers with their general questions regarding services.

  • Route calls to appropriate personnel when further follow up is necessary.

  • Be proactive in resolving customer complaints.

Requirements: What we're looking for:

  • 2 or more years of Customer Service experience.

  • Call Center Customer Service experience is highly desired!

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications and utilize search tools to find information.
