Purchasing Manager: Coordinate activities involved with procuring goods and services, including put not limited to: - New Vendor Setups (Credit Applications, W-9, MSAs, etc.) - Review/oversee PO creation and requisition of PO Clerk, as well as input as demand is needed - Review POs to ensure proper coding as it pertains to CAPEX vs OPEX (direct indirect) - Work with Logistics to determine timing of delivery/receipt of goods and services and/or partial receipt management - Maintaining procurement records, data entry, and filing all related paperwork - Maintain Job Code Maintenance and ensure compliance with submitted requisitions - Review Aging of Open POs - Work hand in hand with accounting and AP to ensure accuracy of payment information Resumes may be emailed to: Lesley.donnell@roberthalf.com
