Robert Half Finance is looking for an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to be part of a fast-growing company. This positions includes tasks like measuring, analyzing, and forecasting performance in conjunction with operating plans and conducting financial modeling on a variety of financial products. Additional duties include being responsible for advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner in areas such as forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. This Financial Analyst role is located in the Miami, Florida, and it is a full-time employment opportunity. What you get to do every day - Recognize potential risks and opportunities while analyzing performance to date - Work closely within the Marketing and Customer Success organizations. Establish trust and quickly develop an understanding of the key drivers of business, economic trends and core metrics - Ensure plans are properly executed by working with cross-functional partners in Accounting, Recruiting, People, and Operations - Understand and explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending - Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives through the development of financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization - Work on monthly and quarterly financial close processes in collaboration with the Accounting team - Manage the strategy and business planning processes - Develop monthly reports to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required - Develop an understanding of econometric and statistical methods, then apply them to forecasting - Support Area/Segment level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P L forecasting - Provide analytical support throughout the New Year readiness/Year End planning cycle - Track of monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals versus expectations to ensure business partners handle their resources in the best way possible - The ideal candidate should be a highly flexible individual who is comfortable with large amounts of information and adept at managing expectations.
