Recruiting a Controller for a growing, +$100 million manufacturing client in Miami. -Controller will manage the financial reporting processes including preparation of monthly financial statements and other management reports -Maintains the underlying internal control environment -Has primary responsibility for compliance (tax filing/payment, bank covenant reporting, etc.) -Recruits, develops, and supervises the Accounting staff -Responsible for the product costing and pricing analysis process, interfacing with Sales Management and other functional managers to ensure a consistent and accurate analysis process.
