Robert Half Office Team Contracts Coordinator Needed!! in MCLEAN, Virginia

A large non-profit organization in McLean, VA is looking for a Contracts Coordinator supporting two contract specialists! The Contracts Coordinator will be assisting the specialists in evaluating requests for proposals. Other responsibilities include aiding in entering and administering subcontracts and consultant agreements and helping with requests for proposal generation, source selection, contact negotiation, awarding and administration of Agreements. Additional responsibilities of the Contracts Coordinator include:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings upon request.

  • Ensure background materials for every appointment and meetings are prepared and available on a timely basis.

  • Work with other staff to obtain, prepare materials. The Contracts Coordinator should have strong written, oral and interpersonal skills along with an excellent phone manner and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented, and able to plan ahead, follow through on assignments, and manage multiple demands.
