Robert Half Office Team Executive Assistant in Los Angeles, California
A Real Estate Acquisition and Investment Firm located in Brentwood is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for heavy travel coordination, phone correspondence, scheduling, expense report reconciliation, calendaring, working as a liaison with brokers, coordinating in-office lunches/dinners and other duties as designated. This role does require some light personal assistant duties as well. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Suite, Outlook and calendaring across multiple time zones. Hours for this role are 8:30-5:30, Monday through Friday. This is a temporary-to-hire position that can pay up to $70k DOE full time.
