Finance Administrative associate needed to support corporate IT team. Main focus will be on supporting the monthly financial process, travel, expense and onsite offsite meeting coordination. Responsibilities: o Create purchase authorizations, issue purchase orders (PO), per standard process o Intake and reconcile vendor invoices, code to correct general ledger account numbers, submit for authorization / payment o Maintain accurate vendor contact details, and handle vendor account receivable inquires o Submit bids to vendor to solicit quote *Demonstrate proficiency in collaboration tool management (email / calendar) *Create travel and accommodation bookings for Corporate IT team using Concur and approved third party tools; work directly with travel agency for complex bookings *Prepare itineraries and process expense reports for Corporate IT team leaders If interested please apply or contact email@example.com with updated resume.
