Administrative Assistant OfficeTeam is currently searching for a driven Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career in the insurance industry. A long-term but temporary opportunity, this Administrative Assistant position will be located in the Houma, Louisiana area. In this role, you will be supporting the benefits team and perform various administrative and office support duties. If this is where your strengths lie, then we have a position for you.   • Provide support to Employee Benefits department

  • Receive and route phone calls appropriately

  • Data entry

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work

  • Complete tasks independently

  • Strong organizational skills

  • A success-driven teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests

  • Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work, and route incoming materials

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (especially setting up formulas and pivot tables)
