HR Manager Robert Half has partnered in a search with a local agricultural business for their next HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for heavy seasonal recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, employment law compliance and workers compensation reporting. This will be the sole person in HR for this location, reporting to the President of the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR experience, and have experience being the sole person in HR for a location. Our client has a great track record of longevity with it's employees and they offer a very strong benefits package. Salary for this position with DOE but can go up to $65,000 annually.
