A growing Eugene area company is seeking a temporary to hire Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering busy multiline phones, greeting walk in guests and administrative and clerical tasks that include data entry into company database, report maintenance and tracking of information. The successful Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for creating correspondence, working with confidential information, processing mail and assisting with various mailers and marketing collaterial, assisting management with weekly and bi-weekly reports, assisting with planning company events and managing travel and lodging for team members as well as other clerical tasks as assigned. The successful Administrative Assistant will have a positive attitude with an excellent work ethic, have strong organizational, multitasking skills and be very detail oriented. The Administrative Assistant will have recent experience that includes coordinating events, travel arrangements, maintaining spreadsheets and contact lists.
