OfficeTeam is pipelining for a Project Coordinator who has a prior construction background Provide administrative support for office/jobsite facilities Prepare and process documents (purchase orders, subcontracts, rental agreements, etc) Able to work in a deadline driven environment Assist with conserving departments time by researching, reading, drafting letters and documents, collect and analyze information Create and maintain calendar for events and conferences, prioritize time in order of importance Schedule meetings, lunches, conferences, teleconferences, and travel Represent the departments in meetings and record meeting information for the department Dealing with subcontractors and vendors on a daily basis Welcome clients and answer inquiries as necessary Coordinate proposal approval processes and make sure deadlines are met Complete special projects as needed Maintain detail oriented and technical knowledge
