Our client, located in the suburbs of Minneapolis and looking for an innovative professional to lead their training and development efforts.
Organize and provide oversight on human resource functions of the company including: organizational development, talent assessment and leadership development.
Manage, support and communicate Midco's policies through training and development of employees.
Manager, support, track and report on company-wide training programs.
Educate supervisors and managers on all aspects of people management and leadership development.
Create and manage programs with the purpose of ensuring we have the right people in the right jobs.
Develop and manage a leadership development program that effectively retains and develops leaders within the organization.
Advise senior leadership regarding organizational changes and development including providing oversight for organizational changes affecting managers and employees.
Provide guidance and direct Human Resources strategies and planning initiatives.
Provide guidance to other HR leadership related to retention programs through monitoring turnover, measuring job satisfaction and retention strategies.
Work with all levels of management to achieve defined business goals and strategies.
Produce timely and accurate comprehensive reports and analysis for senior management as requested.
Meet or exceed defined goals, objectives, and deadlines concerning initiatives, compliance, and strategy.
Possess a comprehensive knowledge of all employment processes as it relates to all phases of employment while ensuring adherence throughout the organization.
Interview candidates for open positions according to applicable employment laws and company policies and procedures as needed.
Interpret complex information and effectively disseminate information in audience-appropriate language.
Drive change through needs analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Develop comprehensive workable implementation plans.
Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, peers and internal customers.
Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Operate Windows based programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook exceptionally well.
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree 10+ years of progressive L D or Training experience
