Be able to manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
Develop custom solutions and interfaces
Be able to tell the difference between build vs buy when It comes to third party integrations for the Salesforce stack
Show a deep knowledge of all of the Salesforce product and features and modifications
Show technical thought leadership
Work on code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that quality is met
Helping technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources

Requirements: Education Experience Requirements: Great at all major Salesforce technologies including:
Declare configuration, flow, workflow
Platform security features
All APIs and common integration patterns
SO/OAuth technologies and flow
Salesforce1 and other mobile platforms and deployment patterns
Salesforce governor limits
Able to do integration architecture. Especially integrating external, on premise systems with Salesforce via middleware products.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in an Agile development environment
3+ years coding in Apex/VF, 5+ years with other OOP platforms (preference to cloud deployments)
5+ years Salesforce platform experience, 2+ years in a lead design/architecture role
Salesforce Certified Developer and Advanced Developer required.
SQL experience on more than one major database platform
Strong understanding of architectural design patterns include SOA, SOC, layering, DRY, object-oriented design patterns, common integration patterns, etc.
Experience with distributed development teams
Super client-facing written and oral communications skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related area preferred or four (4) or more years of progressive work experience with healthcare technology. Qualifications:
