Job Description Robert Half Salesforce Technical Architect will be delivering intelligent, strong solutions for internal users using Salesforce. In addition to Salesforce platform. The Technical Architect will be responsible for developing solutions that will leverage Dell Boomi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies. Strong communication skills are needed internally and with external parties. Responsibilities:

  • Be able to redact business requirements into solutions that optimize the Salesforce platform

  • Be able to spearhead technical design sessions; architect and document solutions that are on pace with client business objectives

  • Be able to manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

  • Develop custom solutions and interfaces

  • Be able to tell the difference between build vs buy when It comes to third party integrations for the Salesforce stack

  • Show a deep knowledge of all of the Salesforce product and features and modifications

  • Show technical thought leadership

  • Work on code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that quality is met

  • Provide estimates

  • Helping technical resources; own responsibility for ongoing technical development of technical resources

  • Salesforce release management work, including data migration and build across environments

  • Reporting/Wave/Analytics Cloud

  • Able to do integration architecture. Especially integrating external, on premise systems with Salesforce via middleware products.

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in an Agile development environment

  • 3+ years coding in Apex/VF, 5+ years with other OOP platforms (preference to cloud deployments)

  • 5+ years Salesforce platform experience, 2+ years in a lead design/architecture role

  • Salesforce Certified Developer and Advanced Developer required.

  • Solid experience with JavaScript and CSS

  • SQL experience on more than one major database platform

  • Javascript toolkits: Angular, React, JQuery, etc.

  • Strong understanding of architectural design patterns include SOA, SOC, layering, DRY, object-oriented design patterns, common integration patterns, etc.

  • Experience with distributed development teams

  • Super client-facing written and oral communications skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related area preferred or four (4) or more years of progressive work experience with healthcare technology. Qualifications:

  • Informed of ambulatory healthcare operations, including referrals, scheduling, registration, check-in, insurance and patient billing operations, patient encounters, checkout, and medical records processes
