This Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the project managers with various clerical duties, scheduling, working with subcontractors, helping with billing, purchasing, and data entry, and other administrative duties as necessary. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience, construction industry experience is strongly preferred, and strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
