Duties Include: o Support, manage and help maintain a positive professional service relationship with clients o Data Input payroll details specific to each customer o Provide information to customers accurately and timely o Manage workflow to ensure all payrolls are processed accurately and timely o Research and resolve customer issues Knowledge, Skill, Abilities: o Payroll knowledge and Payroll System Experience o Strong Customer Service skills, including problem resolution. o Time Management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. o Solid interpersonal and communication skills in order to meet customer needs and resolve customer service issues. o Ability to work comfortably both independently and as part of a team. Minimum Qualifications: o FPC or CPP preferred, but not required o 3 years payroll experience
