This individual will be responsible for serving as a point of contact for employees assisting with questions in regards to their Health Benefit and Pension plans. The ideal candidate will be able to take anywhere from 50 - 80 inbound calls daily and provide thoughtful and articulate answers to their clients. You will need to maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Customer Service Representatives must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of customer database systems.
