The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working with users to identify business requirements and needs. The BA works on support items, training, documentation and support for all business system projects. 1. Excellent communication skills, will be meet with Senior Level Executives to gather requirements. 2. Residential Commercial Property Development Management industry. 3. Requirements Documentation, creating training documents, conducting training, user support 4. Liaison between development teams, Senior Executives (VP/C-Level) 5. SQL – NICE TO HAVE 6. SharePoint – NICE TO HAVE 7. Office 365 – NICE TO HAVE 8. Yardi Voyager is PLUS if they have experience with Yardi product modules it is a HUGE PLUS! Skills and Abilities

  • Self-starter/motivator

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.

  • Creative and effective problem solving skills.

  • Excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Work, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Understands system development methodologies and measurement tools.

  • Understands technical trends and business issues.

  • Ability to facilitate communication between users and IT.

  • Ability to work on/manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Training and support experience for ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with YARDI Voyager and YARDI product modules is a plus. Knowledge/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-5 years' work experience in IT.

  • Experience in gathering technical requirements, creating training documentation, and conducting trainings.

  • Serve as a technical requirements analyst for applications.

  • Helps define and implement processes for managing the system rollout.

  • Work with users and business sponsors to define requirements for new systems.

  • Assists the users in evaluating new technologies and tools.

  • Translates user requirements into functional specifications for IT

  • Assists users in understanding the technical architecture and design of the application in light of the requirements.

  • Communicate expectations and results to users throughout the project life cycle.
